It’s the Kansas City Barbecue Society pig roast. Kristy G, the Lang News reporter takes us through to meet and greet contestants. Some newbies and some seasoned smoker enthusiasts as well. You can never learn enough tips about a Lang Smoker and the variety of contestants will surely provide some. It’s interesting to hear some of the unusual meals being prepared hoping to get the judges’ taste attention. The judging table is stacked with barbeque samples. The winners are well listed by category—chicken, ribs, pork and brisket.
