Ben, This is Chris H… Thought I would let you know that I seasoned the 48 on Friday and smoked over 100 wings Saturday evening! Everything went like clockwork…Thank you for all of your mentoring when I visited your business and most recently over the phone. Going to do a couple of turkeys this coming weekend and then a packer brisket next weekend!
