First of all. I was in the April 21 class and it was a blast. We were from Magni from Detoit and our colleague from Germany. Learned a lot in that one day and today I seasoned that bad boy 36″ hybrid deluxe patio smoker and your tutorial was point on and it worked like a charm? Next weekend I will put Chef Kirk suggestions to the test and do some smoking…….your crew at the class were so helpful and made it fun. I know three other people will buy one before the end of the year including Peter Messing from Cologne Germany.
