Lang BBQ Smokers is hosting two 1-day smoker cooking classes in April with Chef Paul Kirk. These smoker cooker classes are called Q-School and take place in the Lang Kitchen in Hoboken, Georgia.
The class begins indoors but becomes hands-on quickly. Lang BBQ Smokers will be bringing smoker cookers for the class to cook on. Some people purchase a smoker cooker and pick it up from the Lang BBQ Smoker factory in Nahunta, GA (just down the road from where Q-School takes place. The appeal is to season and cook on your own smoker with the assistance of Chef Paul Kirk and the Lang team.
