Our second gig using the 60 inch Lang was a huge success. We provided “Catertainment” at a wedding outside of Leceister, England on Saturday night.
We slow cooked 10 Pork Shoulders and Butts for 10 hours and served them in a bun with Banana Ketchup and/or Pineapple Salsa. We cooked the Pork on a combination of Cherry, Chesnut, and Oak.
All the guests said it was the best meat they’ve ever eaten.
People had to take power naps from the meat sweats.
