The Spring 2017 Q-School smoker cooker classes took place on Friday and Saturday March 17th and 18th.
The classes were hosted by Lang BBQ Smokers in their Hoboken, Georgia cook school facility. Chef Paul Kirk, the barron-of-barbecue, was the instructor.
